| Ex-members,
patrons and friends were invited to join the choir at a special service
held in St Michael and All Angels Church, Steventon, on Sunday 22nd February
to mark the 50th anniversary of Steventon Choral Society. The service
was conducted by Revd Colin Patching, Vicar of Steventon, with Robert
Thomas on the organ.
After
the service the congregation and choir members enjoyed afternoon tea in
St Michaels Hall, complete with a piece of birthday cake made by long-standing
choir member, Norma Thouless.
